Description
The first phase of four in total, this project provides 153 new residential mixed tenure homes, part of 700 overall which will transform and regenerate the estate as well as improve vehicular routes and the wider public realm. A logistically challenging inner-city project typical of many Keylon have delivered, we will bring our experience to the fore in the delivery of this combined SFS and Drylining package.
The works comprise Kingpan SFS faced in Glasroc X sheathing board and lined with Obex A2 fire rated breather membrane. The internal walls and ceilings installation package is to a British Gypsum specification providing enhanced acoustic performance with and Armstrong system completing ceilings to communal area.
