Keylon were selected by Wates to assist in delivering the Priority School Building Programme – developed by the Education Funding Agency (EFA).
Wates employed its standardised Adapt Schools Solutions design model to save time and costs in building this large educational facility which provides 420-pupil primary school places and a 1,800-place secondary school plus a small nursery facility.
Our works involved spray coating to concrete soffits throughout to leave an industrial style finish. By using this method, significant programme savings were realized which assisted our client in completing the project ahead of schedule. A full Dulux specification was applied to wall, ceiling and trim surfaces leaving a sharp crisp building for students and staff alike to enjoy.
