Description
Sited on the former Aviva Bus Depot in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Keylon undertook the Drylining Works to produce 89 luxury apartments and penthouses. Using a Hadley and BG specification Keylon scope was across three buildings and also included ancillary areas such as Lounge, Library, Restaurant, Bar, Function Room, Guest Suite, Gymnasium and treatments rooms.
