Description
Sited on the former Zenith Carburetter factory. This was a scheme of new build residential units which consisted of 148 apartments ranging from 2 bed apartments to 3 bed apartment. Keylon were appointed to undertake the internal walls and ceilings decorations to the New Build Residential Units as well as the internal and external decorations to the refurb commercial areas, this also included the insitu sand blast preparation of the existing feature staircase and hystoric water tower.
