Description
Lisson Arches will consist of 60 new homes in community supported housing, 59 will be one-bedroom apartments available at social rent and the other unit will be a two-bedroom scheme manager’s residence. The homes will support vulnerable people to live independently – 45 of the new homes will meet Housing for an Ageing Population Panel for Innovation (HAPPI) principles. As well as the new homes, a 1,300sqm business enterprise space will form part of the base of the building.
Keylon were appointed by long term repeat client United Living to undertake all internal Drylining and Suspended Ceiling works in full BG Specification. This included works to all enterprise/commercial areas. All works were completed within a 42 week programme.
