Description
A hybrid build project, comprising of student & apart-hotel units located within the regeneration zone of Wembley, a stones throw from Wembley stadium. This development provided nearly 700 student units and over 300 apart-hotel units across five blocks ranging between four to thirteen storeys in height.
A logistically challenging, and fast paced project, Keylon successfully completed the internal drylining package to a full BG specification, including communal & concierge ceilings systems for both the hotel and student beds aspects of the project.
