Description
Originally built in the 1970’s, the regeneration of Sherwood Close will create a vibrant neighbourhood of 100 mixed-tenure affordable high quality homes for both existing and new residents. The new four to seven storey apartment blocks will have green roofs, and photovoltaic panels will provide a source of renewable energy.
Using a full BG specification Keylon completed the full internal Drylining Package including Walls, Ceilings, Communal Areas and communal ceilings as well as soffit insulation to the car parking areas. All works were successfully completed in a 48 week duration.
