Designed by architects Pollard Thomas Edwards and developed on behalf of Argent Related PLC, the Welbourne scheme in North London will bring forward a blend of stunning one, two and three-bedroom flats arranged over 3 and 16 storeys.
Providing 131 new homes over three blocks, and a much-needed health centre as part of the wider Tottenham Hale regeneration plan, Keylon were again contracted by repeat client United Living to deliver the Drylining works. In addition to this core package Keylon also installed a Permarock insulated render system and bespoke PPC aluminium trims to the external façade.
